Sometimes no one calls an alcohol center for you sometimes you realize the warning signs and you don’t like the behavior that you are displaying and you get on the phone and you call for yourself. Know that most go rehabs will send someone to come and get you and bring you to rehab. If you are in a bad place and you need someone to come and take you to a hospital and get the help you need know that that help is there for you.

Sober living is never easy. Most recovering addicts will say it’s a constant struggle. That they have to chose to stay sober each and every day that they are sober. Therefore, on the days that are really tough, the days that they think they cannot get through what gets them through is that they know that a meeting is out there. There are always tough days but there are always meetings and you’ve got to get yourself to a meeting when you are feeling the itch to drink or talk to your sponsor or another sober buddy.
